Energy Fields Research Proposal
Ross Energy Systems, L.L.C. is wholly owned by Colin A. Ross, M.D.
The following is a proposed set of tasks for the development of RES electromagnetic (EM) devices and applications. The development would take place within a scientific field that studies interactions between numerous different EM fields in the biosphere.
A. Scanning the Human Body EM Field
The goal of this project is to create three versions of an initial single high impedance, non-contact electrode (or antenna): a hand-held version; an approximately 3’x3’ array of electrodes that can be positioned in front of the chest and abdomen with the person seated or lying down; a whole-body EM scanner for monitoring the EM field of the whole body with the person lying down.
1. Develop a durable, cost-effective high-impedance non-contact electrode (or antenna).
2. Develop hardware and software to analyze, store and transmit captured human body EM data to a computer or phone wirelessly.
3. Use a single non-contact electrode to take a clinical-grade EEG or EKG. Currently, EEGs and EKGs require direct contact with the body through contact electrodes attached to the skin but this technology could become wireless.
4. Scan the body of selected volunteers with tumors, liver failure, and a wide range of diseases to determine if the diseases have a consistent EM signature using the single electrode scanner.
5. Continue item (4) with the larger arrays of electrodes.
6. Conduct screening studies to see if the scanners can detect disease at the EM level before it trickles down to the biological level. This is analogous to detecting cardiac conduction defects before there are any clinical signs or any abnormal blood work.
7. Carry out similar studies to test the hypothesis that many "mental disorders" such as PTSD and bipolar disorder are actually whole body EM disorders with varying signatures depending on the symptom state, e.g., manic versus depressed; in PTSD, sympathetically activated (flashbacks, hyper-vigilance) versus parasympathetic dominant (numbed out, shut down).
8. Use EM scans to track responses to established, mainstream treatments.
9. Use EM scans to track responses (or non-responses) to alternative or functional medicine interventions, e.g., whole body scans before and after a yoga session, therapeutic massage, acupuncture, laying on of hands, meditation.
10. Get EM scanners installed in every hospital, ambulance, medical helicopter, airplane, spacecraft and medical practice.
11. Contract with Apple to get the single electrode and its software integrated into the iPhone so that an EEG or EKG can be texted or emailed to a recipient.
B. Studying Human Ocular Extramission
As described in Dr. Ross's published papers, his theory is that brainwaves are transmitted both through the skull and out through the eyes (ocular extramission). The energy emerging through the eyes has properties that can differentiate it from the general field emerging through the skull. Basic physics research has demonstrated that ELF signals in the range of 0-60 Hz, the frequencies monitored in EEGs, are transmitted into the environment for thousands of kilometers with negligible attenuation.
- Develop an EM gun that emits a signal that mimics human ocular extramission in frequencies and amplitude. The amplitude of the gun can be adjusted upwards to an amplitude at which everyone can feels its signal on their skin.
- Adjust the amplitude down in a large sample of individuals to determine the threshold for sensing the signal, which will vary across individuals and populations. For example, the threshold may be lower in cultures with widespread evil eye beliefs.
- Determine whether the detection threshold is lower for a person inside a Faraday cage who is insulated from the general EM field of a city.
- Determine whether a person can be trained to lower their detection threshold.
- Perform similar studies in a variety of animals.
- A human ocular extramission sensor could be used by paralyzed individuals to turn on lights, activate emergency and caretaker services, and make phone calls.
- Human ocular extramission could be used in games and toys and for digital painting inside modified virtual reality goggles. Colors could be tagged to different frequencies of the extramission signal.
- Variation in extramission signals could be studied in blindness, multiple sclerosis, short-sightedness, macular degeneration and a range of normal and disease states. It could provide early detection. Lens implants and contact lenses might modify the signal.
C. Applications in Agriculture
- Conduct experiments in hydroponic gardens to determine if certain EM fields can speed up germination or increase the percentage of seeds that grow into mature plants.
- If there are positive results, conduct experiments to determine if targeted EM signals can be used on farms including in large greenhouses.
D. Applications in Security and Law Enforcement
- Studies could be conducted to determine whether individuals have unique EM signatures, just like they have unique DNA and fingerprints (not counting identical twins).
- If they do, EM scanners could be used to control entry into secure spaces, to unlock doors, turn on lights, start cars and in a large number of other functions including tracking and identifying criminals and military targets, both friend and foe.
E. Applications in Anthropology
As described in Dr. Ross's published papers, his theory is that buried in "primitive superstitions" there is often a core EM reality that can be investigated scientifically. Examples include:
- Belief in the evil eye (based on sensing human ocular extramission = the sense of being stared at).
- The EM field between two people in love may be measurably different when they stand close to each other, compared to the EM interaction between friends or strangers. Similarly, introverts and extroverts may have different EM fields. The EM field of one member of a couple in love may change when the other person comes closer, or when they stare into each others’ eyes. "The eyes are the window to the soul" may be more than just a metaphor.
- Remote sensing of game.
- Fertility dances and rituals (discussed in (C) above). The idea is that EM signals amplified and transmitted during fertility dances and rituals may actually affect the germination of plants.
- There is a spirit in lakes, rocks, trees, the earth and the sky – "spirit" is a subjective, theological term for the EM fields present in and emitted by all physical objects in the universe.
- The human body is an EM cell-phone that has evolved in the biosphere over the course of evolution from single-cell organisms – it receives and transmits digitalized EM information. These EM fields in the biosphere are not just background noise.
F. Studies in Biochemistry
- Biochemistry students are taught the lock and key model of interactions between biological molecules and receptors based on their physical conformations. An alternative hypothesis is that different molecules, including medications, have different EM signatures. That would explain why, for example, many different antidepressants with very different physical conformations bind to the same receptor – their EM signatures are similar despite their different physical conformations. This is not really a radical concept - all biochemical interactions occur between the electron fields of the interacting atoms and molecules. Drug development could focus on the EM signatures of potential new drugs rather than the procedure of "chemical roulette" in which a chlorine atom, a nitrogen group or other atoms and molecules are tacked onto existing compounds to find a new molecule that can be patented. This can require the synthesis of thousands of variations of the initial drug, which is costly and time-consuming.
- The placebo effect might operate through EM signals sent from the brain to the rest of the body.
